Change in owner or director

If there are changes in business owners or authorised representatives, you will need to update Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) within 14 days of the change. The endorsement of the other business owners (if any) is also required.

Note: Certain licences/grants may no longer be valid if their business ownership details are not updated. Please check with the relevant government agencies to find out if an update is required, and how to do so.

Log into BizFile portal to access the following e-Services:

• File notification of cessation (resignation)
  Inform ACRA about a business owner or director’s resignation. This is for Local Company, Limited Liability Partnership and Limited Partnership.

• File Notification of cessation (disqualification)
  Inform ACRA about a business owner or director’s disqualification. This is for Local Company and Limited Liability Partnership.
