There are job portals available to help with your search for suitable employees. In order to properly hire, several filing obligations need to be met first. Do take note of the specific requirements for hiring foreign employees as well.

  Post job listings in the social service sector.

  Post job listings on SkillsFutureSG’s job portal.

• Manage SkillsFutureSG Applications
  Review applications, and edit or extend your job listings.

e-Services for extending deadlines

• Extend notification letter validity / card registration period or change collection date for employment pass holders
  Request form for extension of notification letter validity or card registration period, or to change the card collection date for Employment Pass holders.

• Request for extension to get work pass issued / renewed or send pass holder home
  Request form if the work pass holder needs more time to leave Singapore or get the pass issued/renewed.

• Notify for employment of young persons
  Notify MOM if you have employees between the ages of 15 to below 16 in an industrial setting (eg: construction, transportation and manufacturing).

• Check employment pass application status
  Check the status of your application for an Employment Pass, Personalised Employment Pass, S Pass, Dependant’s Pass, Long Term Visit Pass or Training Employment Pass.

• Apply, issue or cancel employment pass
  Apply for an Employment Pass or S Pass. You can also issue or cancel all pass types here, except Work Permit.

• Apply for interbank GIRO (work pass admin fees) (PDF, 596 KB)
  Open a GIRO account to pay your work pass administrative fees.

• Apply for levy concession
  Apply to receive a monthly levy concession if you are employing a foreign domestic worker and meet the qualifying criteria.

• Apply for long-term visit pass (LTVP)
  Apply for the LTVP on behalf of your employee. The LTVP is for a common-law spouse, step-child or handicapped child of an Employment Pass or S Pass holder.

• Apply for prior approval to recruit non-traditional source workers in conservancy schemes
  Application form for prior approval to recruit workers from Thailand, Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Myanmar for conservancy schemes.

• Security bond for foreign workers (non-domestic) (PDF, 154 KB)
  Application form for a foreign worker’s security bond. This is required for non-Malaysian foreign workers and foreign domestic workers.

• Declare business activity
  Declare your business activity if you are a business employer applying for Work Permits or S Passes for the first time. Log in to Work Pass Account Registration (WPAR) and follow the steps.

• Enquire about Work Permit matters
  Submit an enquiry form about Work Permit matters.

• Employment / S Pass Self-Assessment Tool (SAT)
  Submit an enquiry form about Work Permit matters.

• iSubmit
  Submit documents or requests to the Work Pass Division. Before you submit, refer to this list of request types no longer accepted on iSubmit.

• Work Permit Online (WPOL)
  Apply for a Work Permit online. You can also issue, renew, reinstate, replace or cancel Work Permits here.

• Work Permit for Domestic Helpers and Confinement Nannies
  Apply for a Work Permit online, for domestic helpers and confinement nannies. You can also issue, renew, reinstate, replace or cancel Work Permits here. This service can be used by employers, employment agencies and sponsors.

  Application form for an Employment Pass for sponsorship cases.

• Cancel Employment Pass (Sponsorship Cases)
  Fill in this form to cancel an Employment Pass (EP) for a sponsorship case. If the pass holder is still in Singapore, make an appointment with our Employment Pass Services Centre (EPSC) to cancel the EP.

  Register and update the addresses and mobile numbers of your foreign workers online.
