The National Centre of Excellence for Workplace Learning (NACE) was set up in July 2018 and led by NYP, supported by SSG, with the aim to help enterprises bridge the gap between skills acquisition and utilisation at the workplace. Partnering world-renowned institutions from Switzerland- Swiss Federal University for Vocational Education and Training (SFUVET) and Germany- IHK (Chamber of Commerce & Industry), NACE is able to help you strengthen workplace learning practices to enhance employees’ performance, improve retention rates, advance competency development and foster a learning culture

Subsidies and funding:

SMEs can receive up to 90% funding for all course fees & training consultancy projects

MNCs can receive up to 90% funding for all course fees & 70% funding for all training consultancy projects
