Description
EPOS F&B Digital Ordering enables customers to scan a QR code to view the menu, place orders and make payment. Orders are automatically sent to the kitchen. This streamlined process enables an F&B to (i) improve manpower and efficiency and (ii) increase customer satisfaction. Built-in CRM and Rewards Program drive increased customer spend and retention, increasing sales and profitability. Integrations to Grab, FoodPanda, Xero, Quickkbooks, Shopify and Ecommerce further increase productivity.
